The AVCC performed with the Handbell Choir at a community performance at Lancaster Methodist Church.

The Handbell Choir performs.

The AVCC has the holiday spirit!

The AVCC knows performing is fun!

The AVCC singers were featured throughout the Handbell Concert.

The AVCC thanks the Lancaster Methodist Church for inviting us to perform!

Many AVCC singers (in the colored shirts) performed in Joseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, a joint production of It's Only Tuesday Productions and the AVCC at the Lancaster Performing Arts Center in November, 2006.

Our singers worked hard,  had fun and gained lots of experience rehearsing from August until November for the show.

AVCC Uniform Manager Rosemary Petrozzi, second from left, was also in the show and provided these photos. Thanks, Rosemary!

Presenting New York, New York! Many singers worked hard to choose and create their own solo and group performances of many Broadway songs!

The Advanced & Youth Chorale choirs sang The Polar Express with the Tehachapi Community Orchestra.

The Polar Express was a challenge for the AVCC. The piece was more than 20 minutes long!

The AVCC and Littlerock High School share the stage! The Hurricane Katrina Benefit Show raised almost $10,000 for the American Red Cross!

AVCC Youth Chorale singer Christa P. sang solo at the show. We love our red-headed diva-in-training!

AVCC Parent Dr. Gary Grubb made a generous donation to the cause--and since good karma comes right back, also won a raffle prize!

Posing for the camera, the choir is ALWAYS so serious!!

The AVCC earned the coveted "Espirit de Corps" trophy at the Music in the Parks Festival! The trophy is awarded to the choir with the best overall spirit!

We're on the "menu!"

SWEET SOUNDS - The Antelope Valley Children's Choir performs Tuesday night at the Rotary Centennial at the Lilac Pavilion at the new Antelope Valley Fairgrounds in Lancaster. The choir and the Quartz Hill High School Jazz Band serenaded Rotarians as they celebrated a century of fellowship and service. Rotary International was founded on Feb. 23, 1905, by Chicago businessman Paul P. Harris. It has since grown from one four-man club to an organization of 1.2 million members in 166 countries. The audience at an AVCC "community event" enjoys the show!

The AVCC performs at private events, too! Here, the choir sang for the Administrative Assistants of the Lancaster School District at their recognition dinner. The AVCC has limited availability to perform at private events. For booking or price information, email information@antelopevalleychildrenschoir.org.
